it is the step beyond partial dentures and a bridge. it involves a titanium screw and a cap. it is a better option than the bridge. keeps you from anchoring the false tooth to the teeth beside it. i could not afford it so i have a partial. bridges are not a very good option they get stuff under them but you cannot remove them for cleaning as you can for a partial denture set
